Tuna and Mushroom Taco |
This is a quick post because this is a very quick recipe.
Ingredients:
Century Tuna Flakes in Water (My favorite!)
Button mushrooms
lettuce or any green leafy vegetable'
calamansi/lime/lemon
salt, pepper, paprika
cane vinegar (optional)
1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil, pour in tuna followed by mushrooms.
2. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
3. Put 1 tbsp calamansi juice.
4. Cut up lettuce in small strips. Season with cane vinegar or calamansi juice.
5. Arrange in taco shell.
Yummy and healthy!
